Short History...

It was August 30, 1982, when Western Sizzlin opened its doors in Harrison. Since then, it has become something of a local legend , delighting the taste buds of thousands of people each year. After our remodeling in 2000, we now have seating for up to 275 people, and it's all non-smoking.

Who to talk to about anything...
All of the day to day operations are handled by Owner/Manager Thomas Honer, whose own story is a great example of achievement. He started working at the restaurant full-time as a cook and meat cutter when it opened.  In September 1991, Thomas became an assistant manager and then General Manager in July of 1994. As of July 1998, Thomas became a part owner and has never looked back. 

And we surely couldn't do it without...
OUR EMPLOYEES!!!!  They are the team that makes Western Sizzlin so great.  Many of our employees have been with us for years.  With this team effort,  you are assured not only a great meal, but a friendly set of faces that will remember you.  But don't take our word for it, stop by and get acquainted with everyone today!

When to stop by and see us...
We are open from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
